Ready to use liquid cleaner which provides a revolutionary, streamlined approach to cleaning and reclaiming textile printing screens. When used as directed, this unique inexpensive product dissolves plastisol and water base ink, water soluble screen blockout, direct emulsion and capillary film as well as tape ahesive residue. With EasiStrip™ One Step Cleaner, textile screens can be cleaned for pennies by combining many of the cleaning processes into one. EasiStrip™ is a low odor, non-flammable (NO flashpoint), biodegradable, non-hazardous product which will provide the benefits of less labor, less expense and improved efficiency to the screen cleaning and reclaiming operation.

Directions For Use
(Without Dip Tank)

Scrape excess ink from screen. Wipe or spray to the print side of screen and scrub. Apply to the ink side of screen and scrub. High pressure rinse from the print side.

High pressure rinse from the well side. Flood rinse entire screen with low-pressure rinse. If needed, EasiSolv™ 701 as a stain remover.

Instructions for use

Step 1

Clean excess ink from screen with spatula or pallet knife. No need to clean ink residue.

Step 2

Place screen in dip tank with Easistrip solution: 1 part Easistrip, 3 parts water.

Step 3

Allow approximately one minute to soak. Pressure wash screen from print side.

Step 4

Spray on EasiSolv 701 and scrub with pad to remove any stains. Pressure wash to rinse.

EasiSolv™ 701 Screen Wash is an environmentally approved, 100% active, low odor, extremely quick penetrating and fast acting solvent designed to dissolve and clean virtually all types of screen printable inks, adhesives, clear coatings and stains from printing mesh. Conventional/solvent, UV, electronic, water base and textile inks are quickly dissolved with EasiSolv™ 701 without the hazards and odors usually associated with aggressive solvents and caustic stain/haze removers. EasiSolv™ 701 works quickly and causes no damage to screen mesh.
