HITECH LE MESH
A high tension, low-elongation monofilament polyester for prolonged tensions at the highest levels. Made with special high tensile strength fibers that are uniquely woven, then heat-set by a proprietary process to heighten dimensional stability. You'll minimize your off-contact distances, reduce squeegee pressure and dramatically increase production speed. All of which means virtually no print distortion. Available in widths from 40 to 145 inches. Mesh counts from 38 to 420 per inch. Available in white, yellow and orange. Prices are per yard.

Tension Meter
An indispensable companion when tensioning fabrics for screen production or monitoring the tension of recycled screens. It is the most accurate instrument within the range of mechanical meters and the only one that allows readings up to 130 N/cm. Working independently from the tensioning system, its high sensitivity allows detection of the smallest variation of tension all over the screen. It is designed for use with all types of screen fabrics. Saati Tension Meter is delivered with an internationally recognized Certificate of Calibration.

SAATICHEM MESH PRETREATMENTS & DEGREASERS
Direct Prep 1
Ready to use, 1 step mesh abrader, wetting agent and degreaser. Lightly abrades, degreases and prepares new monofilament synthetic fabric. Does not clog mesh openings. Dyed Color ensures complete rinse from mesh. Apply with a nylon or polyester brush.
Direct Prep 2
Use for each screen recycling. Ready to use wetting agent and degreaser. After initial fabric roughening, use with each reuse of synthetic monofilament mesh. Use to prepare new mulitifilament and stainless mesh. Dyed color ensures complete rinse from mesh. Highly recommended for use with direct photopolymer emulsions. Apply with a nylon or polyester brush.
Direct Prep 3
Concentrated liquid version of Direct Prep 2. Excellent for spray applications. Mix 1 part Direct Prep 3 with 10 parts water. Save on shipping as this 5 gallon pail will make a 50 gallon drum.
Direct Prep 4
Ready to use detergent based degreaser. Use in spray application directly to screen. Recommended for use with all types of emulsions including photo-polmer, diazo, and dual cures. Also can be used as a industrial surface cleaner to remove heavily soiled surfaces and machinery.

MAGI-COTE SCOOP COATER
In anodized aluminium specially designed to facilitate uniform coating of photo emulsions. Adequate design for easier handling and cleaning after use. Different edges allow thicker or thinner coats. Made in corrosion resistant anodized aluminium. Plastic Ends are simple to remove for easy cleaning. The shape of the ends allows an adequate contact to the screen, assuring an excellent coating angle. From 8 cm (10, 12, 14) up to 300 cm.

SUPERIOR BOND MESH ADHESIVE
1 lb. with Activator - dries instantly, no mixing required. Comes complete with application tip and a 16oz spray bottle instant activator. Simply apply a generous sized bead of adhesive directly to stretched frame. Spread adhesive completly covering frame surface with our Ultimate Cleanup Card or equivalent applicator. Immediately spray fine mist of the instant activator to cure adhesive. Frame can now be released from stretcher and put directly into production. Available in regular and rubberized formulas.
