The high solids content and medium viscosity of Grafic emulsions produce low Rz stencils with good print definition on any mesh count. PC 701
Possibly the fastest exposing one-part available, PC 701 also has the highest known solids content of any emulsion! Testing has shown PC 701 to expose more than 3 times faster than other SBQ emulsions. With extremely high 52% solids, this SBQ emulsion allows you to use minimal coatings and create high-density stencils of 400+ microns, replacing more expensive capillary films. It offers textile printers excellent resistance to plastisol ink, easy reclaimability and an extended shelf life.
DC 521
Universal, blue dual cure photoemulsion intended for most textile and graphic shops who need a versatile, inexpensive stencil. Its high 37% solids, low viscosity and excellent leveling allows for fast coating without pinholes. DC 521 copies with incredible detail and speed. A low cost, high performer.

DZ 307
A blue diazo photoemulsion intended for use with plastisol inks only. This high-quality, yet economical emulsion reaches exposure speeds of many dual cure systems. Its high viscosity won't sag in low mesh counts, yet its rheology behavior allows high stencil buildup with minimal coatings. DZ 307 offers 37% solids with durability to withstand over 40,000 impressions, replacing more costly dual cure systems in many applications. Freeze/thaw stable.
Reclaimer 660
A high-quality, ready-to-use stencil remover - no mixing required. It quickly breaks down cured films of direct emulsions, direct/indirect films, and capillary films. Our unique packaging offers easy-to-use, labeled sprayers in combination with the 5-gallon refilling station. Reclaimer 660 breaks down chemical bonds quickly, yet is safe on all mesh types and does not weaken mesh adhesives. US DOT approved testing confirms that Reclaimer 660 is non-corrosive and safe for shipping. Freeze/thaw stable.
Degreaser 260
A multi-purpose, concentrated citrus product that does the job of 3 products! This non-abrasive, water-based formula degreases new and used mesh and removes unwanted residue. As a nonflammable ink degrader, it emulsifies inks for easy water removal before reclaiming. Finally, it is a safe, non-caustic screen dehazer that will not deteriorate the mesh and will not burn skin or clothing. Freeze/thaw stable.

Textac
TexTac is a water-based, pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for adhering textiles to pallets in the screen printing process. TexTac provides consistent registration without transferring to the garment. A single application may hold hundreds of garments before it is necessary to reapply. TexTac is easily removed from the pallet with warm water. One gallon of TexTac lasts as long as 4 cases of aerosols. Freeze/thaw stable.
Blockout Red 421
An inexpensive, water-based solution used as a plastisol, UV and solvent-based ink barrier. This bright red blockout and touchup liquid has just the right viscosity to spread easily over every mesh count. Solvent-enhanced agents greatly reduce dry times, yet the formula is nonflammable. Blockout 421 is water-soluble; therefore, it is not intended for use with water-based inks.
