Pocono Screen Supply LLC ships your order via regular Federal Express ground service. Although our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, online orders are only processed during our normal hours of operation. Any orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or major holiday will be processed on the next business day. Most ready to ship stock item orders received before 3:00 pm EST will ship same day. Most orders received after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. These ship dates are contingent upon inventory levels. If you require expedited processing of your order, you must contact our office during normal business hours. Rush Fees will apply. Expedited UPS or Federal Express services are available in some areas and must be prepaid by the customer. Out of stock or backordered inventory items will be shipped as soon as they become available. The customer has the right to cancel any order before it has shipped.We encourage you to place your order in a timely manner to avoid any delays caused by inventory levels or shipping service. Pocono Screen Supply LLC cannot guarantee a time of delivery. Any and all shipping times are only an estimate. Drop shipped items may require additional shipping time.

Shipping / Order Cancellation Policies
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. We understand that sometimes orders need to be changed, however, after a certain point, it becomes unable to do this free of charge. As a result, our policy is as: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our return policy. The cancellation will be treated as a return with all applicable fees. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation, shipping and other applicable fees.
Pocono Screen Supply LLC offers a 30 day limited return policy. If your product was damaged in transit or during shipping, please contact Pocono Screen Supply or the shipping carrier to open a claim and receive a replacement product. Restrictions: Returns are accepted only if a product has not been used, unless it has been pre-authorized by Pocono Screen Supply. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to receive a refund. Pocono Screen Supply will refund the full amount of the product (less any restocking fees), but not the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return shipping must be through a reputable carrier that provides tracking information.
Due to processing, receiving, and credit card merchant charges, there is a 20% restocking fee. This charge will be deducted from the amount of the final return. If the product is being returned due to a malfunction or condition of the product, we will need to see proof of the issue. Pictures can be emailed to email@example.com. All returns will be inspected and a determination will be made as to the eligibility of the return. Please ensure that the item you are returning meets the guidelines below to avoid the processing of your return: Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging Emulsions, Inks, Film, and any liquids must be returned unopened
Customers should immediately check all packages upon delivery for both order accuracy as well as any shipping damage. While we strive to ensure that all orders are accurate and complete, occasionally errors are made and you may receive a wrong item. If you receive a wrong item, please contact our office within 30 days of receipt of the order. You may contact us either by telephone or email so that we can quickly resolve the issue and provide you with the correct item. Inaccurate or incomplete orders will NOT be replaced free of charge after 30 days of the receipt of said product. If a wrong item has been sent and you notify us after 30 days of receipt of the product, we can still exchange the product, however the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to our location. Pocono Screen Supply LLC will not provide call-tags and the incorrect product must be returned to our location prior to the shipment of the replacement product.
Most in-stock items ship same day if placed before 3:00 PM EST. Some exclusion's apply. Frames - frames are usually shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. CUSTOM orders require additional time. Typical custom order turn-around time is 7 to 10 business days. Restretches - Restretch turn-around time is approximately 10 - 14 business days.
